ORDERING INFORMATION

Ordering is quite simple. 

1.  Just send us an email regarding the picture, the size, and whether or not you want the print rolled or stretched.  Also, ask us any questions that you may have.

                    2.  We will respond to answer your questions and to verify the information on your order.

                    3.  Once we agree on the specifics, w will generate the request for payment through Paypal.  Once payment has been confirmed to us by Paypal, we will ship to you.

   We are very informal and will be glad to help you in any way that we can.

Shipping time:  

Prints will normally ship within 5 days of  payment confirmation.  On new prints requiring scanning before printing, prints will ship within 10 days of the order.

Shipping Costs:

Rolled prints and stretched prints up to 22" x 28":            $10.00

Oversize prints (stretched greater than 22" x 28")            Must be quoted

By the way, personal paintings, including portraits, are available to be painted by Susan.  Individual works require detailed coordination with the artist (by email is best) and will receive individual quotes!!
